Shipping Policy

Delivery Times

Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours and delivered within 8–11 business days, depending on your location. You'll receive tracking as soon as your order ships so you can follow it to your door. Delivery windows are estimates and can occasionally be affected by customs or carrier delays.

Shipping Methods

We ship via UPS, USPS, DHL, and 4PX.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders ship to the exact address provided, and we can't be responsible for delays caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. If you catch a mistake, email us right away and we'll correct it if the order hasn't shipped.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we email you tracking so you can monitor it. If you don't receive it, contact slinglordd@gmail.com and we'll resend it.

Customs & Duties

All shipments are Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) — taxes and duties are included in your price. If a courier ever requests an additional charge at delivery, contact us before paying and we'll assist.
